At SLCC, we provide a broad investment avenue (Boulevard) for the promotion of foreign private sector interests through private and public sector collaborations towards helping foreign businesses gain footholds in existing and emerging sectors of the Sierra Leone economy towards catalyzing revenues, jobs and growth opportunities both at home in Sierra Leone and abroad across the globe.

Our strategy is to expand business operations into petroleum sector development, independent power plants, real estate (mass housing for government personnel), ports/airport infrastructure, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and mining. We plan to evolve these into true partnerships, joint ventures and Public Private Partnership concessions.
